Quickdraw Soilmoisture probe, 18in

Quickdraw Soilmoisture probe, 18in

The 2900F1 Quick Draw Tensiometer is designed for portable field use. It responds quickly and equilibrates rapidly with the tension in the soil, providing measurements within a few minutes. The Soil Coring Tool is first used to core an access hole to the desired depth of measurement. The tensiometer is then inserted into the access hole and the ceramic sensing tip is placed in contact with the soil. The Null Knob can be used to reach equilibrium and provide a measurement more rapidly.

Water Well Inspection Cameras

Aries’ Water Well Inspection Cameras are specialized tools for specific applications. We supply cameras that fit within a 2 inch diameter and as large as 50 feet.

Electromagnetic- Time Domain Systems

Electromagnetic- Time Domain Systems TEM47

The modular design of the PROTEM Time Domain Electromagnetic (TDEM) Systems – a single receiver with multiple, interchangeable transmitters and receiver coils – provides the flexibility required to accommodate a broad range of applications, from near-surface environmental and engineering studies, to three-component resource exploration at depths of 1000 m or more.

PROTEM Receiver: the base component of any PROTEM system, the PROTEM Receiver provides superior data quality and reliable operation

Rect

These hydraulic properties are key parameters in any quantitative description of water flow into and through the unsaturated zone of soils. The program uses the parametric models of Brooks-Corey (1964), van Genuchten (1990), the lognormal distribution model of Kosugi (1996), and the dual-permeability model of Durner (1994)

Metal Detectors

Metal Detectors

Geonics Metal Detectors are high power, high sensitivity metal detectors suitable for applications in the detection of both ferrous and non-ferrous metal. Insensitive to common sources of both geologic and cultural noise, Metal Detectors can be operated without compromise to data quality in most survey environments.

Common applications, in several fields of geophysical practice, include the detection of environmental hazards (e.g. drums, underground storage tanks (USTs)); utilities and infrastructure; construction and industrial waste; and unexploded ordnance (UXO).

Water Well Winches

Water Well Electric Inspection Winch (WW1500)

Aries’ Winches are manufactured to hold up to 5,000 feet of ¼ inch dual armoured steel inspection cable. The level wind mechanism ensures the cable spools on in a uniform fashion.

  • Emergency brake, encoder and mechanical counter supplied
  • Typically supplied with a 1hp DC electric motor

Water Well Electric Inspection Winch (WW1500)

The Aries Water Well Electric Inspection Winch (WW1500) is manufactured to hold up to 2,000 feet of 1/4 inch single conductor inspection cable.
