SYSCAL R2

The SYSCAL R2 unit is a high-power system designed for DC electrical surveys applied to groundwater exploration, environmental studies, civil engineering, structural geology investigation and mineral exploration. Powerful: The SYSCAL R2 uses an external DC source for energizing the ground (800 V maximum output voltage):

  • 250 W DC/DC converter supplied by a 12V battery
  • 1200 W AC/DC converter supplied by a standard motor generator

Jet Fill Tensiometer, 12 inch (30 cm) length, does not include gauge. Features the Jet Fill reservoir for push-button convenience and minimization of soil disturbance when servicing is required. Unique modular construction allows for easy replacement of the porous ceramic cup and dial gauge and adaptation of extensions for flexibility and variety in use. Series 0240 Insertion Tools can be used to core a hole to accept these units

Zero Tension Lysimeter, Teflon Tube

The 1925T allows the user to collect soil water samples with very little disturbance by being inserted at a 45 degree angle, and maintains the purity of collecting samples as it is made out of a Teflon body. This sampler works without vacuum, or with very minimal applied vacuum (~2 cb). Designed for collecting undisturbed gravitational soil water samples. Samples can be evacuated by applying vacuum through the polyethylene access tube.

The Trident is an industry leading digitizer, designed for use with the Taurus Portable Seismograph or Cygnus transceiver. The Trident features 24 bit performance in a compact, robust package offering typical dynamic range of 142 dB. The Trident Digitiser’s versatility allows for an optimal network design flexibility. Numerous Trident digitizers can be daisy-chained to form a multi-channel system. Such scalability makes Trident well suited to fixed, portable and structural monitoring networks.
